Whip up some scrumptious, healthy homemade tortilla chips with a baked or air-fried twist! These crunchy delights are a dream team with guac, salsas, or nachos. Ditch the store-bought versions for a homemade batch that’s bursting with flavor, oil light, and low on salt – a guilt-free snacking extravaganza!

Not only can you make your own homemade baked tortilla chips, but you can also add your favorite seasonings. Chile-lime, chile-cumin, Tajin, and cinnamon sugar (my favorite) are some of the flavors you can add to your chips.

How to Make Homemade Tortilla Chips in Air Fryer

  • At 350 degrees F, place the tortilla chips into your air fryer basket and spray them with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and cook them for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove the basket from the fryer, give the chips a quick shake, and test their crispiness. If not crisp, cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Each air fryer is different, adjust the timing of your air fryer. I have a small air fryer, so I fry my corn tortillas in batches.
