2-Ingredient Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 13.4 oz Dulce de Leche-milk-based caramel(I used the "La Lechera" brand)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Spoon dulce de leche into a medium-sized bowl. Add 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and stir until smooth.
  • Add remaining heavy whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer or stand-up mixer. Continue to beat until mixture forms peaks
  • Add dulce de leche mixture to whipping cream bowl and mix thoroughly
  • Place in a loaf pan or shallow dish and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
