Easy Restaurant-Style Salsa

Just a few simple ingredients, a few quick pulses in the food processor, and you have restaurant-style salsa that will impress your friends and family.

1 can 28 oz. whole plum tomatoes with juice 2 cans 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles 1 jalapeƱo halved and sliced thin 1/4 cup yellow or white onion chopped 1 clove of garlic peeled and minced 1/4 cup cilantro leaves and stems chopped 1 tsp lime juice 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp granulated sugar 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Place all ingredients into the food processor* and blend until desired consistency. Taste salsa and, if necessary, adjust seasonings or ingredients.
Transfer to an airtight container and let sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or 1 day for the best flavor
Refrigerate for up to 3 days in a resealable container.
