- ½ cup (4 oz) cream cheese softened
- 3 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken, or homemade shredded chicken.
- ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 oz. can) green chiles
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 10 Keto tortillas ( I use Mission Zero net carbs tortillas)
Preheat the oven to 350°F . Grease a rimmed baking sheet, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, diced green chiles, and spices.
Place about 3 tablespoons of the chicken filling in the middle of the tortilla. (Toothpick can be used to secure tortilla)
Roll tightly, then place seam-side down on the prepared baking tray. Repeat with the remaining filling and tortillas.
Bake flautas for 15 - 20 minutes, or until crispy.
Garnish with your favorite toppings such as: salsa, guacamole, fat free sour cream, cilantro, or salsa.
- diced jalapeños can replace diced green chiles
- leftover turkey can replace chicken
