Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 medium Lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  • Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the cauliflower, cilantro, and lime juice, then season with salt to taste.
  • Cook until beginning to brown a little, about 5-8 minutes.Serve with more fresh cilantro.
