Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups Mango nectar I use Jumex brand but any brand will work
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tablespoon key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Chamoy
  • Tajin seasoning
  • Popsicle Molds

Instructions

  • In a blender place mango chunks, nectar, sugar, and lime juice and blend till smooth.
  • Measure out 1/2 cup chamoy. Pour a little chamoy (a teaspoon) around the edges of each popsicle mold, allowing chamoy to drip down the sides and pool a little bit in the bottom of the mold.
  • Fill the molds about halfway with the mango mixture, then drizzle another 1 Teaspoon of Chamoy & sprinkle Tajin. Fill the molds to the top, and sprinkle Tajin on top.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
