Heat the oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Give the inside of liners a quick spray of vegetable oil.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, orange extracts, and orange zest together until well combined.
Whisk to combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in medium-sized bowl. Then mix the flour into the egg mixture, until well combined.
Fill the muffin liners 3/4th full. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until baked through and a toothpick comes out clean or with moist crumbs.
