- 1.5 ounces tequila blanco or reposado
- 4 ounces of grapefruit soda Squirt, Fresca, Ting, or Jarritos
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1.5 teaspoons grapefruit juice optional
- Kosher salt
- Salt or Tajin for rim
- 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice ¼ cup
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 oz. blanco tequila ¼ cup
- 2 oz. club soda ¼ cup
- Salt. Sugar or Tajin, for rim
Rim glass with salt or Tajin (optional)
Fill a highball or rocks glass two-thirds full with ice.
Slowly pour in grapefruit soda, filling the glass about one-third full.
Add blanco tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and a pinch of kosher salt.
Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit wedge or slice.
Rim glass with salt or Tajin (optional)
Fill a highball or rocks glass two-thirds full with ice.
