These easy-to-make delicious shrimp tacos are loaded with flavor. Quick and easy shrimp tacos are a go-to meal on those glorious long days when all you want to do is relax with a refreshing drink and the perfect taco.
Prep the shrimp: Peel, devein, and wash each shrimp and set them aside in a bowl
In a bowl, whisk 1/4 cup oil & lime juice, with the brown sugar and seasonings.
Pat dry shrimp and add to bowl with brown sugar marinade. Cover and let marinate 15 minutes.
Add oil to a skillet on medium-high heat.(I use a cast iron pan). Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the pan, and cook the shrimp about 3 minutes on each side.
Warm up tortillas on a comal. Place taco slaw on the tortilla, add shrimp, and top with your favorite topping or salsa. Enjoy!
