This cool and refreshing drink is quick and easy to make, all it takes is the fruit, lime juice, water, and a little sugar.
If you want Aguas Frescas a little sweeter and you don’t want to add sugar try adding coconut water.
- Blend 2 cups of fruit with 2 cups of water*, lime juice, and sugar* at high speed until smooth.
- Strain through a medium strainer for seeds, the pulp(fiber) is beneficial. Pour into a large pitcher or bowl. Stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cups of water.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the agua fresca, and serve with a sprig of mint or lime slice.
