What’s in Creamy Baja Sauce
- Sour Cream – Mexican sour cream or regular sour cream
- Mayonnaise – your favorite brand
- Lime juice – freshly squeezed or bottled lime juice
- Garlic powder & salt – sea salt, kosher, or regular salt
- Honey – you can substitute with agave syrup or brown sugar
- Sriracha sauce – Sriracha is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt
- Cilantro – (Optional) finely chopped leaves
Blend all ingredients until smooth

Substitutions & Add-Ins
Substitutions:
- Sour Cream: Sour cream can be replaced with Mexican crema
- Mayonnaise: Greek yogurt can replace mayo
Add-Ins:
- Sriracha can be replaced with Tapatio hot sauce, Cholula, or Sambal Oelek chile paste.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
