How To Make Fresas con Crema

  • Combine the media crema, sour cream, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on medium speed until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Slowly stream in 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Place the strawberries in a bowl and pour the cream mixture over them. Stir to combine and chill for 1 hour.
  • Serve the strawberries in individual serving dishes.

Storing

Covered leftovers (sauce and berries mixed) will last in the fridge for about a day.
