Ingredients in Spicy Avocado Lime Crema
- Avocados ( Ripe is when it is lightly soft but not mushy)
- Cilantro
- Sour cream ( greek yogurt can be used)
- Jalapeño ( destemmed & seeded, or leaves seeds for more heat)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed is better)
- Garlic
- Salt & onion powder

How To Make Avocado Lime Crema
✽Place all ingredients into the blender. Salt to taste. Blend until smooth, and store in an airtight container.
✽That’s it! Ready to eat with chips, enchiladas, tostadas, or taco salad?
Tip – To thin out crema, add more sour cream or yogurt
Storing
The Avocado Crema can be prepared and kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.
To maintain its freshness, transfer the crema to an airtight container and cover the surface with plastic wrap before sealing the lid. This method helps prevent oxidation and browning caused by exposure to air.

Spicy Avocado Lime Cream
Ingredients
- 3 Avocados peeled and seed removed
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 jalapeño stemmed and seeds removed ( leave seeds for spicy)
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove of garlic peeled
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender or food processor. Salt to taste. Blend until smooth, and store in an airtight container
