For the Lime Crema recipe you will need these ingredients:
Sour Cream – You can also use Mexican sour cream, Mexican crema, greek yogurt
Mayonnaise – Replace regular mayo with Keto mayonnaise for keto diets, or vegan mayo
Lime – Zest lime first then squeeze your lime for about 1-2 tablespoons of juice.
Garlic – Finely minced, crushed, or powder
Salt – regular salt or sea salt
Cilantro(optional) – cilantro lovers can add more instead of 1 tablespoon. For those who don’t like cilantro, you can leave it out

How To Make This Recipe
Zest the lime, then squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
In a bowl whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic or garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Stir in finely chopped cilantro(optional).
If you prefer a thinner sauce place all ingredients but the cilantro in a blender for a minute. Place sauce in a squeeze bottle for topping tacos, enchiladas, and nachos.
Use immediately or store in a covered bowl in the fridge until ready to serve
🌶Tip: This Lime crema recipe will naturally thicken in the fridge, pull out the whisk and add 1/4 tsp of water or lime juice to thin out the sauce if this happens.

Storing
Lime crema is good for up to 3 days in fridge in an airtight container or squeeze bottle.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic or 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
